Dr. Naomi R. Taylor's Publications

Naomi provided cultural competency training for my group of educators. We have a strict and prescribed essential elements list and Naomi covered that list with sincerity, depth of knowledge, and a graciousness that was welcoming. She raised challenging questions for this diverse group of professionals but none of us appeared to be fearful or to feel ashamed of who we were or what group we may represent. She created a safe setting. We were challenged but it was in the sense of growth and awareness, never belittling, blaming or “othering.” I highly recommend Naomi and will bring her back to work with us again.
